PropW Platform Service Requirements and Regional Restrictions

1. Basic Eligibility Requirements Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old. General Principle: Provided the age requirement is met and no special exceptions apply, the platform welcomes all users to engage in transactions.

2. Prohibited Parties (Special Exceptions) PropW explicitly refuses to provide services to the following three categories of individuals or entities: Sanctions-Listed Individuals: Those included in sanctions lists. Individuals with Adverse Records: Persons with records of financial crimes, terrorism-related offenses, or those prohibited due to default. Specific Corporate Clients: Corporate clients acting in a fiduciary capacity (i.e., entities conducting transactions on behalf of others).

3. Geographical Restrictions (Restricted Countries and Regions) Due to compliance requirements, PropW does not provide services to users in the following countries/regions (including but not limited to): Asia: China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, North Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Cambodia, etc. Americas: United States, Canada, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, etc. Africa: Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Mali, Zimbabwe, etc. Europe: Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and other regions), the Netherlands, etc.
