Regarding PropW Account Login Security Mechanism Rules
Dear PropW User:
To ensure the security of user accounts, the platform has implemented a login status management mechanism. This primarily addresses situations where devices have been inactive for extended periods, further strengthening automatic account security protection. The specific rules are as follows:
Core Mechanism Explanation 1. Basic Rules for Login Validity Period
Starting from the first successful login, your login status will remain valid for 30 days (calculated from the initial login time).
During this period, if you perform any operation (such as browsing, clicking, etc.) and the interval since the last operation is less than 5 days, the login validity period will automatically be extended by 5 days (recalculated from the time of the operation).
2. Special Mechanism at Maximum Validity Period
When your login status is about to reach the maximum validity period (i.e., more than 29 days and 23 hours but less than 30 days since the initial login), if there is any operation during this period, the system will automatically extend the login validity period by 1 hour instead of the standard 5 days.
3. Automatic Logout Mechanism
If the login status reaches the maximum validity period of 30 days, or if there is no operation for more than 5 consecutive days, the system will automatically log out the current device's login status.
After logging out, you will need to log in again to continue using the service.
Thank you for your understanding and support of PropW! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
