### 3. Margin & Order Rules

#### Margin Usage

There are no margin usage restrictions during the Evaluation Phases, allowing participants flexibility when managing simulated account capital.

#### Supported Order Types

Limit Order

Orders are executed at the specified price or a more favorable price.

Market Order

Orders are executed immediately at the prevailing market price.

#### Margin Modes

Isolated Margin

Each position maintains independent margin and isolated risk.

Cross Margin

All open positions share the account's available margin.

#### Maximum Position Holding Period

Positions may be held for a maximum of 10 calendar days.

Positions exceeding this limit will be automatically closed by the system.

#### Position Margin Limits

**Maximum Margin Per Position**

* BTC & ETH: 15,000 USDT
* Other Trading Pairs: 5,000 USDT

Maximum Position Value = Position Margin × Maximum Leverage (5×)

Example:

15,000 × 5 = 75,000 USDT

**Maximum Total Position Margin**

Maximum Total Position Margin:

200,000 USDT

Maximum Total Position Value:

1,000,000 USDT (200,000 × 5×)

Please refer to Tradable Assets for position limits applicable to each trading instrument.

### 4. Evaluation Review

After successfully completing an Evaluation Phase, the account will enter the review process.

Reviews are generally completed within 1–3 business days.

Participants will automatically advance to the next stage after approval.

### 5. Evaluation Completion Requirements

To successfully complete an Evaluation Phase and enter the review process, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

* The required Evaluation Target has been achieved.
* All open positions have been manually closed.
* No active positions remain in the account.

#### Important

Even if the Evaluation Target has been achieved, the account will not enter the review process while positions remain open.

Once all positions have been closed and the system confirms that the Evaluation Target has been satisfied, the account will automatically enter the review process.

## II. Training Account (Phase 3)

Participants who successfully complete both Evaluation Phases will receive a PropW Training Account.

The Training Account allows participants to continue practicing their trading skills within PropW's simulated training environment while becoming eligible for Scholarship Rewards in accordance with the applicable Scholarship Policy.

### 1. Training Account Activation & First Scholarship Application

After the Training Account has been activated, the first Scholarship Application may be submitted 14 calendar days later.

### 2. Margin Usage Limit

During the Training Phase, margin utilization of 70% or above is considered high-risk behavior.

Examples include:

* Excessive position concentration
* One-directional heavy exposure
* Large positions before major market events

The system may issue warnings or intervene when abnormal risk behavior is detected.

### 3. Maximum Position Holding Period

Positions may be held for a maximum of 10 calendar days.

Positions exceeding this limit will be automatically closed.

### 4. Position Limits

Training Accounts do not impose a maximum margin limit for individual positions.

Only the overall Maximum Position Margin applies.

Maximum Position Value = Maximum Position Margin × Maximum Leverage (5×)

Please refer to Tradable Assets for instrument-specific position limits.

### 5. Training Account Risk Management

#### Account Suspension

Training Accounts without any trading activity for 30 consecutive days will automatically be suspended.

During suspension, participants may view account history but may not place new trades.

#### Reactivation

Participants may submit a reactivation request within 15 days after suspension.

Applications are normally reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Training Accounts that remain inactive beyond the reactivation period may be permanently closed.

#### Policy Violations

Participants who violate the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Trading Rules, or Abnormal Trading Monitoring Standards may be subject to account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity of the violation.

### 6. Scholarship Application Consistency Requirement

The Consistency Requirement encourages participants to demonstrate stable and disciplined trading performance rather than relying on a single exceptional trading day.

To submit a Scholarship Application, participants must satisfy both conditions below:

* Consistency Ratio ≤ 45%
* Cumulative Net Profit during the current Scholarship cycle is greater than zero

#### Calculation

Consistency Ratio =

(Maximum Single-Day Net Profit ÷ Cumulative Net Profit)

× 100%

If the Consistency Ratio exceeds 45%, participants do not need to restart the Evaluation Program or reset their Training Account.

They may continue trading until additional cumulative profits reduce the ratio to an eligible level.

Please refer to the PropW Consistency Rule for detailed explanations and calculation examples.

### 7. Scholarship Application Processing

Scholarship Applications are normally processed within 24–48 hours after submission.

All open positions must be closed before submitting an application.

### 8. Training Account Termination

If a Training Account exceeds any applicable Maximum Loss limit or otherwise violates the applicable Trading Rules, the account may be terminated immediately.

Upon termination, the final account balance will be determined using the account equity at the time of termination, including:

* Allocated simulated capital
* Realized trading results
* Unrealized trading results

The handling of terminated Training Accounts is subject to the PropW User Agreement and applicable platform policies.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.propw.com/help-center/propw-trading-rules/propw-evaluation-program-and-training-account-rules.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
