# PropW 平台服务要求及地区限制

1. 基本资格要求\
   年龄要求：用户必须年满18岁。\
   一般原则：在满足年龄要求且不适用任何特殊例外的情况下，平台欢迎所有用户参与交易。
2. 禁止对象（特殊例外）\
   PropW明确拒绝向以下三类个人或实体提供服务：\
   制裁名单中的个人：被列入制裁名单的人员。\
   有不良记录的个人：有金融犯罪、恐怖主义相关罪行记录，或因违约而被禁止的人员。\
   特定企业客户：以受托身份行事的企业客户（即代表他人进行交易的实体）。
3. 地域限制（受限国家和地区）\
   由于合规要求，PropW不向以下国家/地区的用户提供服务（包括但不限于）：\
   亚洲：中国（大陆）、香港、伊朗、伊拉克、叙利亚、也门、朝鲜、巴基斯坦、阿富汗、缅甸、柬埔寨等。\
   美洲：美国、加拿大、委内瑞拉、古巴、尼加拉瓜、玻利维亚等。\
   非洲：埃及、利比亚、突尼斯、阿尔及利亚、苏丹、埃塞俄比亚、索马里、马里、津巴布韦等。\
   欧洲：乌克兰（包括克里米亚、顿涅茨克、卢甘斯克及其他地区）、荷兰等。
