# PropW 平台服務需求與區域限制

1. 基本資格要求\
   年齡要求：使用者必須年滿 18 歲。\
   一般原則：只要符合年齡要求且不適用任何特別例外，平台歡迎所有使用者進行交易。
2. 禁止對象（特殊例外）\
   PropW 明確拒絕向以下三類個人或實體提供服務：\
   制裁名單中的個人：被列入制裁名單者。\
   具有不良紀錄的個人：有金融犯罪、恐怖主義相關罪行紀錄，或因違約而被禁止的個人。\
   特定企業客戶：以受託身份行事的企業客戶（即代表他人進行交易的實體）。
3. 地理限制（受限國家與地區）\
   由於合規要求，PropW 不向以下國家／地區的使用者提供服務（包括但不限於）：\
   亞洲：中國（大陸）、香港、伊朗、伊拉克、敘利亞、葉門、北韓、巴基斯坦、阿富汗、緬甸、柬埔寨等。\
   美洲：美國、加拿大、委內瑞拉、古巴、尼加拉瓜、玻利維亞等。\
   非洲：埃及、利比亞、突尼西亞、阿爾及利亞、蘇丹、衣索比亞、索馬利亞、馬利、辛巴威等。\
   歐洲：烏克蘭（包括克里米亞、頓內次克、盧甘斯克及其他地區）、荷蘭等。
