# PropW 第 3 階段交易者帳戶使用指南

為了提升平台資本的使用效率並增強帳戶安全性，同時更好地滿足交易者的發展與資金需求，我們正對不活躍帳戶規則作如下調整：若實盤帳戶在 **連續 30 天**內沒有交易活動，系統將自動凍結該帳戶。在凍結期間，帳戶仍可登入並查看歷史記錄，但將限制交易及其他操作。帳戶登入與歷史記錄查看功能仍可使用

**申訴流程：** \
請於凍結後 15 天內，透過帳戶彈出視窗中的「**重新啟用帳戶**」選項提交解凍申請。審核流程通常需要 1-3 個工作日。\
\&#xNAN;**\***若超過 15 天未申請啟用，帳戶將被永久取消，且所有資金將由系統回收，無法恢復。並且帳戶中的所有資金都將被回收。

**重要通知：** \
經查有違反平台「**使用者協議」** **「隱私政策」**或「PropW 異常交易監督標準及處理措施」的帳戶，將根據違規嚴重程度採取相應懲處。
