## Evaluation-Related Questions

### Q5: How do I become a PropW Trader?

PropW offers three evaluation programs: Hourly Evaluation、One-Step Challenge Evaluation and TTwo-Step Challenge Evaluation.

#### Hourly Evaluation

Choose an evaluation duration that matches your trading strategy, customize your registration fee and reward multiplier, and trade with leverage of up to 5×.

Every Hourly Evaluation starts with a 10,000 USDT simulated account.

To successfully complete the evaluation:

* Your account equity must reach or exceed the required Evaluation Target within the selected evaluation period.
* Your account balance must never exceed the Maximum Loss Limit.
* All open positions must be closed before the evaluation period ends.

Once all requirements have been met, your Scholarship Reward will automatically enter the review process and will be issued upon successful verification.

#### One-Step Evaluation

The One-Step Evaluation requires only one evaluation phase before you can enter the Training Account stage, providing a simpler evaluation process for traders who meet the applicable requirements.

You will first trade on a simulated evaluation account. To successfully complete the evaluation, you must achieve the required evaluation target while complying with all applicable trading rules and risk control requirements.

After successfully completing the One-Step Evaluation, you will advance to the Training Account stage.

#### Two-Step Evaluation

Evaluation Phase 1

Participants begin by trading in a simulated evaluation account. To proceed to the next phase, all Evaluation Targets must be achieved while complying with the applicable trading rules.

Evaluation Phase 2

The second phase is designed to verify the consistency and stability of your trading performance. Participants must successfully complete the second Evaluation Target before becoming eligible for a Training Account.

Training Account

After successfully completing both evaluation phases, participants will receive a PropW Training Account with an account size of up to 200,000 USDT.

Participants may continue trading in the simulated training environment and become eligible for Scholarship Rewards based on their trading performance and the applicable Scholarship Policy.

### Q6: What evaluation programs does PropW offer?

PropW currently offers two simulated trading challenge programs:

* One-Step Challenge
* Two-Step Challenge

Each challenge program offers different account sizes, registration fees, evaluation targets, trading durations, and risk management requirements to accommodate different trading styles and experience levels.

In addition to the challenge programs, PropW also offers Hourly Evaluation, a separate simulated trading product with its own trading structure and rules. Hourly Evaluation is not part of the One-Step or Two-Step Challenge programs.

### Q7: What are the evaluation rules?

#### Hourly Evaluation

* Each account may participate in only one Hourly Evaluation at a time.
* Every evaluation duration has a fixed Evaluation Target.
* All positions must be closed before the evaluation period ends.
* Failure to achieve the Evaluation Target within the specified time will result in an unsuccessful evaluation.
* Each evaluation has a Maximum Account Loss limit. Exceeding this limit will immediately terminate the evaluation.

#### One-Step Evaluation

* Each evaluation package has predefined evaluation targets.
* Evaluation targets are calculated based only on closed positions.
* Participants must meet the required minimum number of profitable trading days.
* Maximum daily loss and maximum total loss limits apply throughout the entire evaluation period.
* Exceeding any applicable loss limit will immediately result in a failed evaluation.
* After successfully completing the One-Step Evaluation, participants may advance to the Training Account stage.

#### Two-Step Evaluation

* Every evaluation package includes a predefined Evaluation Target.
* Evaluation Targets are calculated using closed positions only.
* Participants must satisfy the required minimum profitable trading days.
* Maximum Daily Loss and Maximum Overall Loss limits apply throughout the evaluation.
* Exceeding any applicable loss limit will result in immediate evaluation failure.

### Q8: What happens if I exceed the loss limit?

If either the Maximum Daily Loss or the Maximum Overall Loss limit is exceeded, the evaluation will immediately fail and all open positions will be forcibly closed.

### Q9: What happens after I successfully complete Evaluation Phase 1?

Once you successfully complete the evaluation stage, the next step depends on whether you are participating in the One-Step Challenge or the Two-Step Challenge.

#### One-Step Challenge

Once you meet all the requirements of the One-Step Challenge evaluation stage, you do not need to continue trading for the evaluation.

After the account completes the review process, your Training Account will normally be issued within approximately 3 business days.

#### Two-Step Challenge

Once you meet all the requirements of Evaluation Stage 1, you do not need to continue trading on the current account.

After the account completes the review process, a new account for Evaluation Stage 2 will normally be issued within approximately 3 business days.

After successfully completing Evaluation Stage 2 and passing the required review, you will proceed to the Training Account stage.

### Q10: How is the trading day calculated?

#### Hourly Evaluation

Trading is conducted according to the selected evaluation duration (1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours).

#### One-Step Evaluation

The trading day resets at 00:00 (UTC+8).

The Maximum Daily Loss limit is reset at this time, and all subsequent trades are counted toward the next trading day.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.propw.com/getting-started/propw-faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
