#### Who Can Join the Regional Builders Program?
We welcome partners from all backgrounds — as long as you can reach crypto users, you’re qualified!
**BD-type Builders (Resource-Oriented)**
You have strong connections and negotiation skills to bring in high-quality users. For example:

• You manage crypto resources (TG groups, offline communities)

**Traffic-type Builders (Community/Content-Oriented)**

#### Regional Builder Reward Structure

1\) Definition of valid new agent: Has never registered as a PropW agent before, completes at least 2 real trades within the month, and achieves total sales ≥ 200USDT
2\) Example: Builder A brings in 10 valid new agents and hits 1,000USDT in sales. They’ll earn: 500 + 50×8 = 900USDT\

#### Promotion & Elimination Rules
1\. Builders who reach 5,000USDT in net sales (after deducting rebates & marketing costs) and bring in ≥5 valid new agents in a calendar month can apply for early promotion. Upon passing review, you’ll be upgraded to official BD status with full salary, commission, and benefits
2\. Exclusive Promotion Perks:
• 1,000 USDT joining bonus
• Customized PropW business cards & swag
• Unlimited access to marketing resources (posters, campaigns, creatives, etc.)
3\. Builders who do not meet monthly targets (sales & agents) will not receive a base salary but will still be eligible for per-agent cash rewards\

#### Violations That Lead to Disqualification
Any of the following actions will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all rewards:
1\) Builders or their agents are internal employees, or open agent accounts under their own name
2\) Fake registrations, multi-account abuse, wash trading, or other fraudulent behavior
3\) Promoting PropW in restricted jurisdictions
4\) Running paid ads using PropW brand keywords on social or ad platforms without permission
5\) Spreading malicious content or misleading users to switch platforms\

#### Program Guidelines
1\. Open to all users globally. Existing PropW agents and internal employees cannot participate
2\. Base salary is only granted if both monthly sales and valid agent count targets are met
3\. Sales = actual user payments (rebates & marketing costs excluded)
4\. Monthly agent referral rewards are capped at 2,500U
5\. Builders who don’t meet targets can still earn agent rewards, even without base salary
6\. Each calendar month counts as one settlement period (1st–end of month). All rewards will be paid by the 25th of the next month
7\. All payouts are in USDT, credited directly to your CoinW account
8\. PropW reserves the right to interpret, modify, or cancel the program without prior notice. Contact us if you have any questions
