3. 為便於管理在 Twitter 上分享的影片，參與者的 Twitter 個人檔案必須設為公開。自 8 月 1 日起至公布得獎者前，創作者的 Twitter 個人檔案必須保持公開。受限帳號、隱藏個人檔案及無法存取的連結，將視為退出比賽。
4. 創作者對其製作影片中出現的元素負責。PropW 對任何損害其他品牌、侵害任何智慧財產權或版權等內容所造成的損害概不負責。內容責任完全由創作者承擔。
5. 活動獎品將依獎項類型以不同方式發放。USDT 代幣獎勵將入帳至用戶的 CoinW USDT 錢包。PropW 挑戰獎勵將以空投形式發送至用戶的 PropW 帳戶。
6. PropW 保留取消創作者資格的權利，若創作者有任何行為，包括但不限於作弊、反競爭行為、與非真實帳號（機器人帳號）互動、損害品牌形象、抄襲其他創作者的內容等。
