# Важное обновление для неактивных аккаунтов реальной торговли (более 30 дней)

Уважаемый пользователь PropW,

 

Чтобы улучшить распределение собственных средств и повысить безопасность аккаунтов, а также поддержать лучшие возможности развития и потребности трейдеров в финансировании, мы внесем изменения в правила в отношении неактивных аккаунтов. Подробности приведены ниже:

 

Если у торгового аккаунта в реальном режиме не будет транзакционной активности в течение 30 подряд дней, система автоматически заморозит аккаунт. В период заморозки все торговые функции будут отключены. Вы можете подать запрос на разморозку через опцию «Reactivate Account» в всплывающем окне аккаунта в течение 15 дней после заморозки. Процесс проверки обычно занимает 1–3 рабочих дня. Если запрос на разморозку не будет подан в течение 15 дней после заморозки, аккаунт будет окончательно закрыт без возможности восстановления.

 

Примечание:

* Перед заморозкой/деактивацией аккаунта система отправит напоминания по электронной почте. Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что ваши контактные данные актуальны.
* Это изменение вступит в силу с 7 июля 2025 года, 24:00 (UTC+8)! Пожалуйста, распорядитесь своим аккаунтом соответствующим образом.
